After years working in live entertainment — rigging, load-ins, venue ops, and the chaos of getting a show up on time — we kept hitting the same wall: the tools didn't match the work. Spreadsheets for inventory. Hand calculations for bridles. Software built for offices, not arenas.
CSM was our first answer: operational software purpose-built for technical entertainment and backstage management. RigThis followed — a rigging physics engine born from the same load-in math we were doing over and over by hand. Both products exist because the work demanded them.
